Kent Bazemore is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association.

As a junior at Old Dominion University in 2010–11, Bazemore won the Lefty Driesell Award, an award given to the best defensive player in college basketball.

Kent was a crucial rotational player for the Monarchs as a freshman at Old Dominion in 2008-2009.
