Deshazor Everett is now being charged with involuntary manslaughter for his role in the unfortunate incident. Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office released a statement pertaining to Everett’s arrest, wherein they revealed that the Commanders team captain was “going over twice the posted 45 mph speed limit before he crashed his Nissan GT-R in Virginia on Dec. 23.” Peters was in the vehicle with Everett during the accident and the crash proved fatal for her. The county’s statement also said that Everett was still in custody on a secured bond worth $10,000.
